Parkview at Long Lake Ranch Community Development District
The Parkview at Long Lake Ranch Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on May 22, 2020 by the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners, Ordinance No. 20-14 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
The Parkview at Long Lake Ranch CDD is located entirely within the boundaries of unincorporated Pasco County, Florida and covers approximately 127.696.88 +\- acres of land. The real property within the boundaries of the District is generally located south of State Road 54, east of Sunlake Blvd., and north of Long Lake Ranch subdivision.

The Parkview at Long Lake Ranch Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on May 22, 2020 by the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners, Ordinance No. 20-14. The Board consents to special powers set forth in Section 190.012(1)(a)-(h), (2)(a), (c), (d) and (f), Florida Statutes.
